We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. All our deliveries are handled by our trusted delivery partner, Australia Post.

Once your order has been placed, we'll dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Fees*
FREE SHIPPING ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $150 (AUD)
For orders under $150, we offer a $10 (AUD) flat shipping rate for Australian orders, and a $30.00 (USD) worldwide flat rate.
*Large, bulk items will incur an individual shipping rate. (E.g. skateboard decks.)

Returns Policy
Shop with peace of mind! We've got a 30-day returns policy.
We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your Samurai Punk garments, so if there's a problem, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused (no make up, spray tan marks, strong smell, perfume or deodorant) with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you'd like to request a return or exchange, let us know at apparel@samuraipunk.com. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, or the item is defective/damaged, so that we can get back to you ASAP! For damages and issues, please contact our customer care team at apparel@samuraipunk.com.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
Payment Method
Once your item has been received and cleared upon inspection, we'll notify you of the approval status of your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your funds to be processed.
